Site Assessment
We carry out a detailed site survey to establish the suitability of your home to incorporate one of our products. We consider, among other things, structure, existing services routes (electrical, internet, plumbing, stormwater), municipal by-laws and site accessibility.
System Design
We work with you to choose your specification and finishes. Based on these we produce a formal quotation.
Quote acceptance
We present our quotation in a form that is easy to understand and includes your choice of finishes. We do this to ensure that the the price we quote is the price you pay - no extras.
Manufacture
After receipt of your deposit we build your unit in our factory to your specification. Depending on work load, this step takes 2 to 4 weeks.
Site installation
We transport the completed unit to your site and create the opening in your homes existing wall to receive the new unit. This work is carried out with specialized tools ensuring minimal mess and disruption. Once the opening is complete, the new unit is placed and fixed in position. Skirtings, theshholds/sills and architraves are installed around the newly created doorway and the unit is commissioned. All rubble is removed from site with the site installation normally being completed in 2 days.
Completion
A handover meeting is scheduled with you and the project is closed out with all applicable operating manuals and warranties handed to you on receipt of the final payment.
